Kensev was brought to life by me, Floris van Bommel, born in 1998, shortly after completing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Amsterdam. My master’s thesis explored how entrepreneurs use ‘systems thinking’ to transition the agri-food sector towards sustainability, and how this approach helps in understanding and addressing complex issues. As it is clear that a society-wide, deep mindset change is needed to navigate our 21st-century reality, I am seeking ways to develop in this concept. Kensev is meant to be a lifelong ever-evolving project and most of the work is mainly for myself. The purpose of Kensev is to express thoughts and empower a shift in thinking. Blogs published contain philosophical concoctions about a variety of topics.
